Project Background
BraafSA compiled a waste management license and environmental assessment for the construction of winery and related activities on the Remainder Portion 4 & Portion 6 of the Farm Hemel & Aarde No. 585 (Hamilton Russel Vineyards). In addition to these the project required a General Authorisation for water use activities in terms of the National Water Act, 1998. All permits were issued in 2012.
